Jackson is located 70 miles east of Memphis, with a population of just over 68,000, it’s known as the home of Rockabilly Music. The heart and soul of the city is in the Downtown District, highlighted by dazzling murals, the Farmer’s Market, local coffee shops and restaurants. Jackson’s AMP at the Market is an outdoor concert venue that draws big crowds during its Summer Concert Series. Jackson is also home to the Rockabilly’s minor league baseball team, which plays its home games at Jackson Baseball Stadium.
