Huntingdon, the seat of Carroll County, is known for its beautiful sites and friendly people. Lake Halford is located in Huntingdon and is the largest manmade lake in West Tennessee, with 1,000 acres of fishing and family fun. On the historic court square you’ll find the Dixie Carter Performing Arts Center which seats 471 for concerts, plays and musicals. Huntingdon’s population is just over 4,400.
