Our AgentsPremier Realty Group (formerly Scarbrough Realty) has served Carroll, Benton, Henry and Weakley counties for over 20 years. We represent the sale and purchase of residential, rural and commercial properties in the northwest Tennessee area. There are many factors that make this area a great place to live and work. Among these are competively priced real estate, reasonable property taxes, no state income tax, moderate climate, low crime rates, friendly people and its overall beauty. Principal Broker, Susan Bradberry, says, “It’s like having the best of both worlds. You can enjoy the peace and tranquility of rural living with easy access to city amenities.” Carroll county is about 40 minutes from Jackson, TN, a city of about 65,000 and approximately 2 hours from Memphis and Nashville. There is also easy access to several state parks and many water recreation opportunities including a new 1000 acre recreational lake currently under construction here in Carroll county. To learn more about the new lake and our location to other attractions look under Area Attractions or click on the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce link on our website home page.
